Returns and refunds

The short version

• PC Part Hunt is a price comparison site. We do not sell, ship or bill for any product, and we never take a payment from you.
• When you buy a part you follow a link to a store and buy it there. The store's own return, refund, cancellation and warranty terms apply to that order.
• Because we never receive your money, we cannot issue a refund. Ask the store, and we will help you find the right place to ask.

Who handles your order

The stores we list are MDComputers, PrimeABGB, Vedant Computers, EliteHubs, TheITDepot, PC Studio, Vishal Peripherals, Computech Store, Amazon and Flipkart. Each runs its own checkout. Your order, its delivery, any return or replacement, and any refund are between you and that store. On Amazon and Flipkart the seller can be a third party; the seller's terms, as shown on the product page, apply.

Before you pay, read the store's return policy on its product or checkout page. Return windows, restocking fees and which items can be returned differ from store to store and from product to product. Opened software, some cables and items marked non-returnable are often excluded.

How to get a refund or a return

1. Open your order on the store's website or app, or find the order confirmation email from the store.
2. Use the store's return, cancellation or support option for that order. Keep photos of the parcel and the item if it arrived damaged.
3. For a fault after the return window, use the brand's warranty. Most PC parts carry a manufacturer warranty that the brand honours directly.

If a store does not answer, you can raise a complaint on the National Consumer Helpline (call 1915 or use consumerhelpline.gov.in).

If our listing was wrong

Prices and stock are read from store pages about every 6 hours, and parts are matched across stores by software, so a price, stock note or match on this site can be out of date or wrong. The price and details on the store's own page at checkout are the ones that count. We cannot pay the difference if a store charges more than we showed. Please tell us about any wrong listing so we can fix it for the next person.
